How TO BOOK YOUR GOURMET VACATION
Follow these 4 simple steps

Some initial proposals will be submitted. All necessary changes can be made, and nothing will be final until you are 100% satisfied!
Step 3 - Secure your reservation
Once your final choice is confirmed, we will email you a
A deposit of 15% per person is required to secure your reservation if booked prior to 90 days before the tour start date. For reservations made within 90 days or less from the tour start date, payment is due in full when you make your reservation.
Step 4 - Pay for your vacation (and get excited!)
Once your deposit money is received, your reservation is confirmed! You will receive your full and final detailed itinerary, plus tips on how to make to the most of your free time, and the final invoice.
We accept PayPal payments (for downpayment only), and electronic Bank Transfers. To speed up your reservation when paying by Bank Transfer, please email a copy of your transfer to email@example.com - Bank Transfer details indicated in Registration Form.
Prices are in Euro and are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy prices are available on request.

If you want to wake up in wine country, we highly recommend booking early – at least 90 days from when you plan to go. We want to get you the best exactly when you want it! In the event of a last minute booking, please be reassured that we will do our best to find your ideal accommodation.
Travel document and insurance essentials
Americans do not need a visa to visit Italy for less than 90 days. Your passport must be valid for at least three months beyond the intended period of stay in Italy.
American visitors staying for less than three months will receive a stamp on their passports, serving as a “dichiarazione di presenza,” or declaration of presence -- an official registration of the intended stay in Italy.
It is the sole responsibility of the tour participant to have a valid passport.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (including trip delay, trip cancellation, trip interruption, and baggage insurance). Health, accident, and emergency evacuation insurance are also strongly recommended.
Cancellation Policy and refunds
If you need to cancel your Lusso e Gusto tour, please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable.
Final payments will be processed in the following manner:
Changing your Tour date will result in a cancellation and potentially cancellation fees.
In the event of a cancellation, Lusso & Gusto is not responsible for expenses not included in your luxury Italian food and wine tour. There will be no refund for starting your tour late or leaving early. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary according to availability at time of booking. In the event of a change, a supplier of equal or greater value and quality will be selected.
