One class on "Antipasti" and one on Traditional Tuscan recipes from Chianina to Pappa al pomodoro, all classic dishes from the area. Classes are followed by lunch of dishes prepared during the lesson. Two 3-course dinners with a selection of Tenuta La Badiola wines are included, as well as a tasting of the superb olive oil produces on the Estate. The experience also includes daily access to the ESPA wellness center with its Vitality sea salt swimming pool, water massage and waterfalls, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room with aromatherapy and chromotherapy.
