 I n this 4-hour experience you'll whip up a four course feast, with the class culminating in a beautiful meal matched with local wine.




  • antipasto: waffle like shell filled w/julienne of seasonal vegetable and soft goat cheese
  • Primo: Big agnolotto (or raviolo) made of cocoa dough stuffed with ricotta & spinach (or seasonal equivalent) with an egg yolk in the center.
  • Secondo: Slice of croaker fish baked in crust of taggiasca (Ligurian) olives and fresh tomato coulis.
  • Dolce: Chocolate and coffee semifreddo with a base of toasted Piemontese hazelnuts.



The price is €170 per person and it includes the cookery class, lunch following the class paired with wine, mineral water and coffee.
