COOKING CLASS #1 AND ALBA GUIDED VISIT
Cooking Class #1 at nearby village, from a Chef that received major awards from "Gambero Rosso", "Bibenda Vini e Ristoranti d'Italia 2014" and from other acclaimed Italian Food Critics.
2pm Transfer to Alba, capital of the Langhe and of the White Truffle for a guided visit.
Make arrangements with your chauffeur for a return time to the hotel.
COOKING CLASS #3 NEAR TURIN AND CHOCOLATE TASTING
Chauffeur pickup 8:30 am for Cooking Class #3 near Turin.
This course is lead by a Mother/Daughter Cordon Bleu Team. These talented women will teach sophisticated culinary techniques in the relaxed ambiance of conversation between pots, ladles and whisks. Their passion for the culinary art brings them to a continuous research of transforming basic ingredients in Haute Cuisine. In this 4-hour experience you will whip up a 4-course feast, with the class culminating in a beautiful meal matched with local wines.
A chocolate tasting nearby at one of the best Master Chocolatier in Italy will follow.
Enjoy the evening back at the lovely B&B with some relaxing time. Bikes are available and complimentary.
TRANSFER TO LA MORRA, CUNEO VISIT AND DINNER AT MICHELIN RESTAURANT
Transfer to La Morra this morning to a lovely Boutique Hotel, very warm with a typical Piedmontese feel where you will spend the next 2 nights.
On your way to La Morra, I suggest a visit of Cuneo, capital of the province. It is a beautiful city rich in history & culinary tradition, filled with great gourmet shops. Don't miss a visit to Arione Pastry shop for a taste of their meringues with whipped cream, Scrumptious!
Afternoon, complimentary personal wellness experience at the Hotel
Dinner with wine pairing tonight at "Villa Contessa Rosa" Michelin Restaurant, originally the summer retreat of King Vittorio Emanuele. To start the evening, the group will be greeted with a Welcome Brindisi.
After breakfast, your chauffeur will take you to Torino Caselle Airport.

COOKING CLASS #4 IN A CASTLE AND WINE MUSEUM VISIT IN BAROLO
Chauffeur pickup 9 am for Cooking Class #4 near Alba in the magical setting of a castle, once the summer residence of a famous playwright. The class will be held by Chef Stefano who recently was a participant to the "Bocuse d'Or". This passionate young chef radiates his enthusiasm to everyone participating in the culinary experience within the castle walls.
Afternoon transfer to Barolo for a guided visit as well as a brindisi at WiMu, the famous Barolo Wine Museum, set inside a thousand-year-old castle. Wimu is Italy's most innovative and important wine museum, and has been open to the public since September 2010.
TRANSFER TO TURIN - GUIDED VISIT OF HISTORICAL CENTER
Transfer to Turin this morning for your last night in Piedmont.
Start with a 3 hours morning guided visit with Sonia, your guide. You'll discover some of the most famous places in Turin, from antique cafés to beautiful churches and squares...
Afternoon at your leisure to explore and shop in trendy boutiques in the center.

DAIRY FARM VISIT AND COOKING CLASS #2
Take it easy this morning around the pool maybe, or enjoying some jogging in the village. Late morning, your chauffeur will take you to an organic dairy farm tucked in the woods for a cheese and wine tasting.
Around 4:30 pm, it is time for Cooking Class #2 near Alba.
Here you will enter into Maria's kitchen, a lovely Piedmontese lady which cooking skills are at the heart of the Piedmont culinary tradition. You will learn how to create a delicious 4-course menu in no time. In between courses, she will also teach the art of traditional bread making. Her moto is: "When you are in Alba, cook and eat like the Albesi (people of Alba) do"!
