CUSTOMER INFORMATION

LUSSO e GUSTO only collects information on our customers for the sole purpose of order tracking, record keeping of orders placed online, customer service, notification of any changes to our services, and as needed or required by law. This information is limited to the customer’s name, address, email, telephone number, and IP address. At no time does LUSSO E GUSTO retain sensitive information such as credit card numbers, as all payments are made through Stripe.

LUSSO e GUSTO will only contact you by phone in the event of an issue with an online order placed on lussoegusto.com.

At the time of checkout, you have the option of joining the LUSSO e GUSTO mailing list. LUSSO e GUSTO may occasionally send you emails regarding new product lines and store information. You have the option to opt out of these emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Please email us at info@lussoegusto.com should you need assistance.

TAX AND DUTIES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EU

All products are made in the manufacturers’ ateliers in Italy and for orders outside the EU, we ship DAP (Delivered at Place). We do not take any payment for customs duties however they may be payable to the shipping company in your country upon delivery. 

RETURNS

We generally do not accept returns as each product is handcrafted with care. Returns also have terrible implications for the environment. Shipping things back and forth creates needless greenhouse gas emissions.
We accept returns only if there are any mistakes from our side such as colours, sizes, or obvious defects in the fabric or the stoneware. For all these reasons please carefully consider your choices while placing your order; we are available for any questions. You can let us know about any problems or mistakes in the delivery within 7 days from when the goods are received, by sending us an email to info@lussoegusto.com. Alternatively, please call us at +39 333 93 69 848 from Monday to Friday (11.00 - 18.00).
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Kindly ensure your return shipment is carefully packaged to guarantee its safe return. We will not be responsible for any damage that might occur during return shipping, and we will not exchange or offer store credit on items that are returned in what we deem to be damaged or unsaleable condition. 
Returns from overseas: The return box/envelope’s paperwork must be marked as “returned goods - no commercial value” to ensure the order is returned to us swiftly with no extra charges. Once we receive the returned goods, the refund will be made through the same payment method specified on the purchase order.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

LUSSO e GUSTO respects your right to privacy. LUSSO e GUSTO does not sell or share any personal information entered or collected while using our site.

At no time does LUSSO e GUSTO collect information on specific customer browsing habits. LUSSO e GUSTO does record your IP address at the time of checkout to aid in the prevention and tracking of credit card fraud. All orders submitted to LUSSO e GUSTO are encrypted with SSL security to ensure your transactions are processed safely.

LUSSO e GUSTO uses Google Analytics to assess traffic on our site. Google’s privacy policy can be read here.

We do not intend to collect or knowingly collect information on children. We do not target children with our services.

If we believe information has been compromised or breached in any way, we will notify the appropriate authorities and any person or persons thought to be affected.

This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, LUSSO e GUSTO shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
